Can I release an EP or full album?

Yes. The EP/Album plan is a flat GHS 69 / $6 for the entire project, no matter how many tracks it contains — one cover, one set of metadata, one release.

Do prices change based on my location?

No. Every plan is shown in both Ghana cedis and US dollars at the same rate, so artists releasing from anywhere pay the same fair price.
