• Account registration details — name, email address, and artist profile information.
• Payment information processed securely via PCI-DSS compliant third-party providers. We never store your card details.
• Platform usage analytics to improve your experience and optimize our distribution network.
• Music metadata — title, ISRC, release date, genre — required to distribute your content accurately.

• Right to Access: Request a full export of your personal data at any time via your account settings.
• Right to Deletion: Close your account and request permanent deletion of all personal data within 30 days.
• Right to Correction: Update or correct any inaccurate personal information from your profile dashboard.
• Security: All data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). We conduct regular third-party security audits.

• You must hold full copyright ownership or exclusive distribution rights to any content you upload.
• No copyrighted samples, cover songs (without a licence), or AI-generated content presented as original are permitted.
• Content violating our community standards — including hate speech, explicit violence, or illegal material — will be removed without notice.
• Each release must include accurate metadata: correct artist name, title, genre, and release date.

• Accounts found to be using stream-farming services, bots, or any form of artificial engagement will be permanently banned.
• Repeated copyright infringement violations will result in account suspension and takedown requests filed with all platforms.
• Artists may voluntarily close their accounts at any time. Pending royalties will be paid out after verification.
• 444Music reserves the right to update these terms with 30 days' notice via email to registered artists.
